AKCCL’s Before and Aftercare program will commence Fall of 2016. It is our desire to aid parent with adequate supervision of theirs children, additional help with curricula assignments, while supporting the mission, vision and culture of Highland Elementary school.

Cost

Aftercare will begin immediately after school. The cost of Aftercare is twenty-five dollars ($25.00) a week or ten dollars ($10.00) a day. During Aftercare, student will first focus on homework assignments given for that day or week.  It is our goal and deliverable to parents, that all homework assignment are accurate and complete.

Drop Ins

If a child is admitted to the program as a “Drop-in”, the school must complete a drop-in form for the child which includes the child name, grade, emergency contact, and the authorizing individual.  Upon pickup, the parent or guardian will be charged a $10.00 per day rate. Pre-K drop in rate is $15.00 per day.  If the parent refused to pay for any reason, the child will no longer be allow to be place in Aftercare. Late pick up policies will apply to drop-ins also.

Late Fee Policy

It is very important that students are picked up no later than 5:30 pm.  A ten dollar ($10.00) late fee will be charged after 5:35 pm,  and a one dollar ($1.00) per minute late fee will be charged beginning at 5:40 pm. Program Late Policies

Payment Options
