Thank you all for coming out to orientation.  Our entrance is located pass the front school entrance where the covered walk way is before the horseshoe parking closes to Drusilla Dr.  This will be our pick up and drop off location for the entire summer.  Just follow the signs.

Also, be sure to remember to bring snacks for your child’s class the first week of the program.

Our pay schedule is every Friday.  You do have the option of selecting the biweekly option on the auto pay form.  The auto pay form can be found at www.akccl.org/auto-pay.  Our goal is to make this easier for parents, and help them avoid late fees. We do not take payments onsite, therefore for convenience and to keep you all from having multiple transactions on your account, the weekly field trip fee of $10.00 will added to the weekly amount.

Frequently Asked Question (FAQ)

1.  Will the children need to be there for 6:45 am? No.  The program starts at 8:00 am and ends around 4:00 pm.  We have included before and aftercare at no cost to the parents to accommodate those parents that begin work early or get off late in the day.

2.  Will it be a problem if I picked up our child early? No. You can pick your child up early.  It is your child; however we just ask that you at least allow them to stay until 3:45 pm to get all the program has to offer.

3.  How long does the program last? The program is 6 weeks, beginning Monday June 7, 2021 and ending July 16, 2021.

4.  How much are field trips? Field trips are $10.00/child. Parents have the option to add to weekly automatic payments.

5.  How do we pay for field trip? Field trip fee are taken in weekly auto drafts.

6.  Can we pay in cash? We do not accept cash weekly onsite; however will will accept it if paying for the program in full in the office.  We are in a building that we share with others and found that it best not to keep cash onsite for any amount of time.

7.  How much are late fees and when do they apply? Late fees are $10.00/day beginning on Mondays.

8.  Can I pay online? The online option to pay is no longer available. Billing information is recorded in your parent portal at https://app3.jackrabbitclass.com/jr3.0/ParentPortal/Login?orgId=538596.

9.  If my child misses a week, will we still have to pay for program? Yes, but if will not be the full price, just a holding fee of $25.00.

10.  How do we get on the waiting list? Call the office and request to be put on the list, and confirmation will be sent to you email.

11.  Can my older child volunteer? No. We love our youth, but can’t manage them.

12. When do we need to bring snack and how much or in what quantity?  Parents should bring individually wrapped snacks one time during the summer and in quantities  of  36 count packages.

13.  What day is a payment considered late, and when will late fees be applied?  Payments are considered late after 6:45 am on Monday, and a late charge will be applied.

14.  What is the payment schedule for the program? The payment schedule for the program if paid weekly or by weekly begins June 4, 2021.

15. When are field trips?  Field trips are every Friday.  You van view the schedule at www.akccl.org/summer at the bottom of the page.

16. Dress Code: Uniforms are always encourage,  but not mandatory.  No flip flops or slippers, no short shorts or skirts (capri tights are always encouraged, and boy….where shirts under their jerseys.

17. All parents are asked to bring a snack for their child’s class.  Snacks should be individually wrapped, and at least a count of 32.  Sam’s has a variety of snacks and  $8 to $12.  Suggestion for snack are chips, cookies, granola bars, muffins, cheese it, gold fish, cheese crackers, etc.
